Debbie Does Dallas (review style) Original Vintage Movie Poster
Title Year Nominal size Condition Price
Debbie Does Dallas (review style) 1978 US 1 sht – 27"X41" Near Mint on linen £195
Notes: Great review style poster for one of the most successful films ever made (and that includes mainstream Hollywood movies). Notoriety was key to the success so, unlike most review style posters, this one cheerfully points out that the New York Times has spotted that this film is 'not quite educational' despite being filmed at a university and other newspapers point out that the 'actresses' are not genuine Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. Just in case there was any confusion... From the first release in 1978, linen backed in excellent condion.

Dark Knight (DS advance) Original Vintage Movie Poster
Title Year Nominal size Condition Price
Dark Knight (DS advance) 2008 US 1 sht – 27"X40" Near Mint £300
Notes: For many, The Dark Knight is the best of the Batman movies with some genuine darkness in the characterisation and storyline. Heath Ledger died shortly afterwards and won a posthumous Oscar for his role as the Joker. This fact, the stunning image and the fact that the 'why so serious?' poster was withdrawn shortly after the film was released (in favour of one featuring Batman), make this design particularly sought after. This rarity has created a market for bootleg versions, though, and there are far more fakes than genuine posters around. This item is guaranteed to be an original, studio issued, double-sided poster intended for cinema use, rolled as issued. There is a small printing flaw in the lower left corner (under the DC logo). This is not damage and is how it was printed, nevertheless we have discounted it.
